Almost everyone suffers from migraines or headaches at some point in their lifetime, but for some people it becomes the pain becomes so debilitating it is hard to do even daily activities.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Numbers\u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>13% of Americans suffer from migraines<\/li><li>5% suffer from headaches<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Often people don\u2019t\nrealize the cause of their headaches or migraines could actually be coming from\ntheir diet. If people are sensitive to certain foods and they consume them on a\nregular basis the outcome could be that migraine or headache.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Causes\u2013<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Gluten (proteins in wheat)<\/li><li>Dairy (Casein)<\/li><li>Soy<\/li><li>Eggs<\/li><li>Corn<\/li><li>High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS)<\/li><li>MSG (Monosodium glutamate<\/li><li>Artificial Sweeteners<\/li><li>Caffeine<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The spine can also\ncause pain an onset of a headache or a migraine. When a bone is <strong>subluxated<\/strong> in your neck, the\nnerves that exit at that level of the spine can sometimes cause a headache or\nmigraine.
