Decrease Stored Fat

How to decrease stored fat in you body. First of all there are two kinds of fat in your body. There is a brown fat cell and white fat cells, these two differ in many ways. The main way these two differ is brown fat is a type of fat that can actually generate heat that burns energy instead of storing it. This is a type of fat you want to have in your body because it helps burn calories. The other type of fat is white fat cells, this is the fat that is primarily stored, and it is difficult to burn off so it will cause obesity.

Certain groups of people have more brown fat cells then white fat cells which allow them to stay thinner. Slender people, younger people, and people with normal blood sugar levels have all been shown to have more brown fat cells. A way to combat the white fat cells is to turn them into brown fat cells. Research has shown when animals exercise the muscles release an enzyme called irisin, which converts the white fat cells into white.  Another way of turning white fat cells into brown is ice therapy. Ice therapy has the effect of causing your body to burn more calories to keep warm, which can be helpful for boosting weight loss.

Another way to decrease the stored fat in your body is to monitor how much you eat and what you eat. People who struggle with excess weight will have some degree of insulin and leptin resistance.  Leptin is a hormone in your body that regulates your appetite, when levels rise it tells your body that you’re full. When you become resistant to the effects of leptin, it takes longer and longer for your body to get that full feeling. This leads to over eating and over consumption of calories that accumulate in your body.

Leptin resistance can be caused from eating refined sugars (especially processed fructose). As long as you eat grains and fructose, you are telling your body to create and store fat.

One of the best approaches to fight leptin resistance is to intermittent fast. For this fasting you will have to skip breakfast and eat only during an 8 hour period of the day and fast for the other 16 hours of the day. This process will reset your body’s ability to use fat instead of sugar as its primary fuel source. It is one of the best ways to shed unwanted fat and eliminate sugar cravings.

A great time to exercise is when waking up and still in a fasted state. When working out in a fasted state you burn calories and fat stored instead of calories and fat recently consumed.

Other ways to decrease stored fat and easy fat burning tips are to buy real, preferably organic food and cook from scratch. By buying real organic food you will cut down on your sugar consumption, which will help with insulin resistance.  To burn more fat it is also a good idea to try to consume 50-85 percent of your diet in healthy fats. Foods that contain these healthy fats are: butter made from raw grass-fed organic milk, raw organic dairy, avocados, coconuts and coconut oil, raw nuts and seeds, organic pastured egg yolks, unheated organic nut oils, and grass fed meats. These fats are burned instead of stored which helps you lose weight.
