Intermittent Fasting Works!

We have had many patients this month start Intermittent Fasting daily routine.  And let me tell you what they say, Intermittent Fasting Works! Many were skeptical but almost all found that their fear of change was much harder than the actual implementation of the program.  Across the board our patients have noticed more energy, less cravings, and weight loss.  I would like to share one of our patients testimonial he shared with us.
