I also recommend doing a shorter version just using the stretching exercises you like daily. If you can spend 5 min everyday on stretching your chest, you can change your posture and the tightness in your upper back in just weeks.

Here are a few of my favorite techniques that I use and would recommend trying if you suffer from stress, anxiety, or if you just want to improve your overall health and wellbeing. I would also suggest to download the Free Breathe 2 Relax app which takes you through 16 cycles of deap breathing and use it daily. Remember: Your body needs oxygen and rest to be healthy.
