Digital X-Rays
Here at Reed Chiropractic we have just upgraded to digital x-rays. Our new digital x-ray machine uses a sensor instead of film and the exposure to you is far less radiation than our old conventional x-ray system. The images are generated using our computer software which allows for short exposure times and can reduce the radiation exposure by up to 80%.
The new digital system is also more convenient and efficient. It only take seconds to see the images and we can easily copy you a disc to show another healthcare provider. The images can also be emailed to other healthcare providers for the purpose of second opinions and coordination of care.
We now have the same technology that is being used at facilities like SimonMed, EVDI, and AZ-TECH Radiology to name a few. We always take walk ins and are typically about 40% cheaper than the big imaging facilities.
In addition to our new system we also have the ability to stitch your x-rays all together to get a true postural evaluation and then show you your images on our 42″ high definition viewing boxes.
As your Tempe Chiropractor we offer same day x-rays at an affordable cost. We can also read your images and give you a disc for collaboration with other health care providers.
